OBS. This tool still works, but I now recommend a simpler approach: create a copy of your Power Automate flow and use the Power Automate Tools Chrome extension to paste and edit JSON directly instead of importing and exporting solutions.

Step 1: Upload your unmanaged solution (.zip)
In Power Apps, create a new unmanaged solution with your preferred prefix. Add a new simple flow or copy an existing flow (don't add active production flows), export the solution as a zip, then upload it here.
